Purpose of the Role
Join our HR Operations team as an Early Careers Assistant and help shape the journey of our future talent. Working within HR Administration, you will provide high-quality support across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on Early Careers programmes, including apprenticeships and graduate recruitment and development.
The Team
The team works closely with HR Business Partners, Reward, Learning & Development, Resourcing and Early Careers across our UK and international offices. This role has a dedicated focus on Early Careers, supporting the recruitment, onboarding and development of apprentices, graduates and trainees.
Key Responsibilities
- Early Careers Administration
- Support apprentice and graduate recruitment campaigns
- Coordinate assessment centres, interviews and recruitment events
- Be a first point of contact for Early Careers candidates
- Manage the Early Careers inbox and onboarding activities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and programme records
- Support development programmes, careers fairs and diversity initiatives
- HR Administration Support
- Complete new starter administration and pre-employment checks
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and employee change documentation
- Process employee lifecycle changes and leavers
- Maintain HR systems and employee records
- Support HR reporting and wider HR Operations projects
