As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will handle tasks such as publishing social media content, email newsletters, social media ads, blog posts, and website updates. In addition, you will assist the team in maintaining the AG website, supporting content updates, and performing administrative tasks across various digital platforms. What You'll Do:

  • Monitor, prioritise, and schedule digital marketing requests to ensure timely, on-brand, and accurate delivery.
  • Assign tasks to external content support agencies when necessary.
  • Manage expectations with internal stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress and delivery timelines.
  • Publish content on the AG website, create social media assets using Canva, and schedule posts via HubSpot.
  • Build and distribute marketing emails using Vuture (our email marketing platform).
  • Escalate complex requests or technical issues to senior colleagues.
  • Maintain and update AG website content, including campaign and event pages, expiring outdated content, and flagging items that require revisions.
