Join our team who have significant experience across a range of private equity debt financing transactions for both lender and private equity sponsor clients, and advise credit funds, direct lenders, banks, private equity sponsors and portfolio businesses on senior debt facilities, second lien, unitranche facilities, TLB, first out/last out and super senior facilities.

We advise banks, private credit funds and other lenders, sponsors and portfolio companies on all aspects of financing transactions – from origination, negotiation and documentation to closing. As a firm, we are noted for our expertise in leveraged and acquisition finance, especially advising on bespoke complex transactions.

Recent experience includes:

  • Acting for Clydesdale Bank plc and AIB Group in respect of the financing of an MBO backed by Graphite Private Equity
  • Advising Barings in relation to facilities in relation to the MBO of a water pump manufacturing company
  • Acting for Alcentra on unitranche facilities to support the ECI backed MBO of Clear Investments
  • Advising on club facilities to support Inflexion's investment in Radius
