Responsibilities
- Work closely with Finance teams to manage billing, reports, and working capital.
- Partner with Business Development to organise events, update CVs, and assist with bids and tenders.
- Support Client Relationship Partners with client meetings, events, and reports.
- Manage matter processes, from engagement letters to compliance checks.
- Handle comprehensive diary management and complex travel arrangements.
- Ensure meeting requirements are met, including preparation of itineraries and resources.
- Leverage The Cube for administrative tasks and delegate document production effectively.
Qualifications
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- At least three years of experience in a comparable, fast-paced environment.
