We are looking for a Leverage Finance Paralegal to join our well‑established Transaction Services Team – a pioneering division within Addleshaw Goddard, launched in 2010 and still one of the first teams of its kind in the UK.
The Role
Working within one of our divisionally aligned sub‑teams, you will support a wide range of finance and projects matters across the Firm’s divisions, giving you insight into the workings of a leading commercial law firm.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and reporting on finance and security documents
- Managing electronic data sites and liaising with third parties
- Assisting with post‑completion tasks (bibles, Companies House forms, Deeds of Release)
- Providing transactional support from instruction through to completion
- Drafting and producing standard form documentation (distressed sales, redemptions, refinances)
- Supporting appointments of insolvency practitioners
- Populating schedules, completing contract reviews and proof‑reading
- Checking legal documents for quality and consistency
- Providing on‑site client support where required
- Undertaking additional tasks as required by the business
