Senior Resourcing Advisor at Addleshaw Goddard
The Legal Project Coordinator (LPC) role is part of the Legal Project Management (LPM) team in AG\’s innovative alternative delivery function \’Law, Plus More\’. The LPC role works with the Head of LPM and the wider LPM team to provide management support to significant client matters and key internal initiatives.
This role provides support to significant client projects with the aim to improve profitability, improve the quality of service delivery, and adopt best practice project management approaches and tools. Significant client projects can be across the spectrum of AG\’s client services but would typically be large in size and volume, across multiple locations, and involve large Addleshaw Goddard fee earner and client teams.
What You’ll Do
- Assist delivery teams with budget control and profitability.
- Monitor budgets through creation, update, and analysis of financial reports from AG\’s systems.
- Coordinate with Finance teams for accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and manage client status reports in Excel or PowerPoint.
- Coordinate and contribute to planning documents.
- Support the development of communication and presentation materials.
Who We’re Looking For
- Requires 2+ years of relevant experience and exceptional administrative skills.
- Strong technical proficiency, especially with SharePoint, HighQ, and advanced MS Office.
- Capable of managing and analyzing imperfect financial data sets.
- Previous experience in the professional services sector is preferred.
- Demonstrates a highly motivated, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
