This is a new and exciting opportunity within our high performing Transactional Real Estate (TRE) team, specifically designed for a 3PQE+ lawyer who is looking to take their career in a different direction. While you will be part of the wider TRE team, this role is uniquely aligned to key UK clients and will see you working closely alongside London client partners, supporting and broadening out relationships with some of the most high-profile and high-calibre clients in the market.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are keen to heighten their client exposure, work directly with leading client partners, and are looking for something different from their career—moving away from a generalist real estate model to a more client-aligned, relationship-driven approach.
Offering a real work life balance with increased certainty and flexibility in hours, the role can be office based or primarily home-based role with travel to our Leeds office at least twice per month (to be agreed depending on the level of experience of the individual(s)). There will be additional attendance required initially for training with the team and occasional visits to London to meet with the client(s).
What You’ll Do:
You will be a key member of some of the firm’s principal client account teams, working on a variety of market-leading deals across a wide spectrum of commercial property work (including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases, development & regeneration, and corporate support). This role offers the chance to work directly with London client partners and to support the development and broadening of relationships with high-profile clients, giving you exposure to some of the most demanding and rewarding client work in the market.
You will be part of a cohesive, high-performing team, executing large-scale, high-value client matters to the highest standard, and will be given early responsibility within a supportive and stretching environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of PQE in commercial real estate.
- Be enthusiastic, resilient, and ambitious, with a desire to find solutions to clients' legal challenges and requirements.
- Be experienced in engaging with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
- Adopt a consultative and thorough approach to tasks.
- Maintain efficient diary and task management across a range of matters, ensuring the accuracy and levels of client service expected within a high-performing team.
