We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join our growing Pricing team. You will independently lead on pricing for some of the largest client mandates and panel appointments, working closely with partners and stakeholders to drive commercial success and shape the firm's pricing strategy.
Job description:
- Lead pricing support for major panel responses and significant one-off mandates.
- Advise the Pricing Advisory Committee and develop firmwide pricing strategies.
- Serve as the primary resource for all pricing matters across the business.
- Champion and train users on the BigHand Pricing Tool for fixed and capped fee mandates.
- Design and deliver pricing training for partners and associates.
- Proactively identify and deliver opportunities to enhance client profitability.
- Lead pricing-related projects to increase revenue, efficiency, and reporting.
Required profile:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a senior pricing role within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders on pricing issues.
- Strong understanding of legal service pricing, alternative fee arrangements, and profitability.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience modelling financial data for pricing decisions.
- Excellent communicator with the confidence to engage senior partners and directors.
