We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal PA to provide support to our Leeds team of Commercial partners and fee earners on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. As a Legal PA, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing first-class support to our Partners and fee earners. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of non-legal tasks, ranging from complex diary management to billing, matter management, and assisting with business development activities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Finance teams to support financial performance, including client billing and reports.
  • Assist with Business Development activities, such as event organisation and CRM administration.
  • Support Client Relationship Partners in managing client relationships and reports.
  • Manage all matter processes, including conflict checks, Client Due Diligence, and file management.
  • Provide comprehensive diary management, including meeting arrangements and travel planning.
  • Utilise AG's Cube for administrative support and delegate tasks to Document Production as needed.
  • Demonstrate technical competency and adhere to the firm's risk and compliance policies.

  • Someone with at least five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
