We have an exciting opportunity at Addleshaw Goddard to join our EMEA HR Business Partnering team, playing a pivotal role in supporting our expanding European offices in Germany, France, Luxembourg, and Poland. We are looking for candidates with experience in either International or UK HR, who are eager to broaden their expertise in local employment law, compliance, and HR processes across European jurisdictions. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive operational HR support to both our fee-earning and business services teams, navigating the complexities of multiple jurisdictions, legal frameworks, and cultures. You will work closely with colleagues across our international HR team, contributing to ad hoc projects and supporting the firm’s ongoing growth and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and leaver processes, including secondments and early careers programmes
  • Assisting with performance management, promotions, and annual salary reviews
  • Producing management information and reports, and leading on HR projects
