We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator / HR Generalist to support a HR Manager within our HR Business Partnering team, with a dedicated focus on our European offices (Germany, France, Luxembourg, Poland and beyond as we continue to grow).

The Team

You’ll be part of a collegiate, dynamic and friendly HR function that supports the firm globally and plays a key role in driving change, improvement and innovation.

You will deliver day‑to‑day HR support to both fee‑earners and business services, helping to provide a consistent, high‑quality employee experience while navigating the nuances of multiple jurisdictions, legal frameworks, time zones and cultures.

What You’ll Do

Key aspects of the role include

  • Coordinating inductions and employee lifecycle processes across Europe.
  • Supporting firmwide people initiatives (e. g. parental support, global mobility, AI‑related programmes).
  • Reviewing and improving HR processes, policies and documentation to ensure efficiency, compliance and best practice.
  • Acting as a key contact for local HR administration teams and office stakeholders.
  • Producing and analysing HR data and reports to inform decisions.
  • Supporting promotions, absence management, probation and fixed‑term contract processes.
  • Areas Of Knowledge And Expertise
  • Previous HR generalist experience at a similar level, ideally within professional services or similar environment.
  • Experience supporting European jurisdictions would be advantageous
  • Keen and strong interest in developing knowledge of local employment and compliance requirements.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
