Launched in 2010, our well‑established, high‑performing and busy Transaction Services Team plays a vital role in helping Addleshaw Goddard deliver a truly world‑class service to its clients. As the first team of its kind in the UK, we continue to lead the way through innovation—delivering legal services efficiently and creatively, saving our clients both time and money. Now one of the firm’s largest divisions, TST is made up of apprentices, paralegals, managers and solicitors, all working collaboratively to support our legal teams and clients across the business.
The Role
In this role, you will be embedded within the Disputes team in Leeds, focusing primarily on Finance Disputes. Our team undertakes key elements of transactional, advisory and contentious work that do not necessarily require a qualified lawyer, supported by the intelligent use of technology to deliver innovative, value‑driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the day‑to‑day management of debt recovery matters
- Report on matter progress directly to clients
- Support early case assessment and pre‑litigation reviews
- Draft and produce legal documentation, standard forms and court papers
- Issue court proceedings and negotiate with debtors
