Join our HR Business Partnering Team at Addleshaw Goddard, where you’ll be a dedicated ER specialist collaborating across Learning & Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations and DE&I. We work closely with Legal, Risk and Compliance to deliver consistent, risk-aware, people-focused solutions across the Firm. At AG, we pride ourselves on continual improvement and innovation. What You’ll Do:- As an ER Advisor, you’ll support the Firm’s Business Services Teams from our Manchester or Leeds office (with ad hoc UK travel).
- Manage a diverse ER caseload including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and capability matters.
- You’ll provide clear, pragmatic advice and lead robust investigations.
- Coach managers, deliver ER-related training, and analyse trends to proactively improve our processes and employee experience.
- Someone of graduate calibre (CIPD part or fully qualified preferred) with proven ER case management experience.
- Strong UK employment law knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation, with sound judgement in handling confidential matters.
