Credit Controller - Leeds

What You\’ll Do:

• Take ownership of your own client ledger from day one.
• Communicate professionally with clients at all levels to secure outstanding payments.
• Accurately document client interactions and segment ledgers using our query coding system.
• Manage your workload effectively to achieve monthly cash and aged debt targets.
• Work collaboratively on the team inbox as part of a rota.
• Contribute to the team’s goal of exceeding cash and provisioned debt targets.
• Leverage your skills to find innovative solutions to complex credit control matters.

Who We\’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of credit control experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
• A proven track record of exceeding cash collection and aged debt reduction targets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging confidently with internal and external contacts.
• Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring efficient workload and task management.
• Calm and optimistic under pressure, with a results-driven attitude.
