AG Integrate, a Chambers-ranked and award-winning division of Addleshaw Goddard, is looking for a passionate Resourcer to help us match top legal talent with exciting client opportunities. Based in Leeds, or Manchester, you’ll work alongside a supportive team that values your growth and celebrates your strengths.
What You’ll Do
- Support the full resourcing and shortlisting process for interim and consultancy vacancies
- Coordinate interviews for internal and external roles with our Resourcing Administrator
- Check in with consultants on active assignments, monitoring performance and redeployment
- Take initiative on team projects beyond business as usual
- Identify and support business development opportunities using tools like LinkedIn
- Build strong relationships with Partners, Clients, and key stakeholders across the firm
- Deliver commercial targets in line with our SLAs and annual goals
Who We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house); legal/professional services background a plus
- Strong end-to-end sourcing, candidate pipelining, and attraction skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High standard of administration and commercial awareness
