Our work is constantly evolving, to mirror the internal and external environment, so you will have huge scope to be involved in a number of projects across the firm, working collaboratively with the rest of the team, whilst having the autonomy to develop your own projects and processes.
Responsibilities
- What You\’ll Do: Digital content delivery including the design and production of our on demand learning library.
- Delivery of face to face and virtual learning across the business
- Support the development, coordination and delivery of the firms Career Development Programmes
- Support wider strategic projects, taking the lead on specific elements/ projects as required
- Partner with specific teams / groups to understand and idenfity development needs and establish appropriate solutions
- Support the L&D tram to consult with internal clients and identify topics of learning.
Who We\’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and influence an audience
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a busy team
- Ability to build and grow relationships, as an internal business partner for learning, and with stakeholders and team members
- Experience of designing digital content, adapting design and approach to suit audience, delivery channel and environment
- Experience of working with AI and other digital content creation tools, including AI
- Experience in marketing and engaging with audiences in content
