Our Learning and Development team is focused on creating innovative and impactful learning paths to help the firm achieve its strategic objectives. The work is evolving, offering opportunities to be involved in multiple projects, collaborate with the team, and develop your own projects and processes.

What You\’ll Do

• Digital content delivery including the design and production of our on demand learning library.
• Delivery of face to face and virtual learning across the business
• Support the development, coordination and delivery of the firms Career Development Programmes
• Support wider strategic projects, taking the lead on specific elements/projects as required
• Partner with specific teams/groups to understand and identify development needs and establish appropriate solutions
• Support the L&D team to consult with internal clients and identify topics of learning

Who We\’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and influence an audience
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a busy team
• Ability to build and grow relationships, as an internal business partner for learning, and with stakeholders and team members
• Experience of designing digital content, adapting design and approach to suit audience, delivery channel and environment
• Experience of working with AI and other digital content creation tools, including AI
• Experience in marketing and engaging with audiences in content
