AG Integrate is excited to share a new opportunity for an Interim Senior Counsel to join the Company Secretarial team of a prestigious Retail & Consumer client. This role is ideal for an experienced Lawyer seeking a flexible interim opportunity with a Market leading Retail brand.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience advising on Corporate Legal and Corporate Governance matters
- Experience of managing complex group structuring projects, including restructurings, incorporations, liquidations, capital changes, and intra-group transactions.
- Experience with implementing Governance frameworks, delegated authorities, and best practice subsidiary governance processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice.
