We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer with 3–5 years’ PQE to support one of our AG Integrate clients’ growing in-house teams. This role is a 12 month contract starting in July 2026.
The role remit includes:
- Reviewing and advising the business on contractual obligations.
- Reviewing tender and procurement documents.
- Negotiating complex contractual arrangements.
- Managing contract changes and amendments.
