We are seeking skilled Interim Credit Lawyers to support a leading Private Bank & Wealth Management Legal team based in London. This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced legal professional with expertise in credit products and a background in private banking or wealth management.
Key Details of the Assignment:
- The role involves advising on a range of credit products, including loans, overdrafts, mortgages (both regulated and unregulated), and Lombard lending facilities (multi-option investment leverage facilities).
- While knowledge of regulated credit under the CCA and/or MCOBs is beneficial, it is not essential as the primary focus is on unregulated credit.
- Experience with LMA documentation is essential, alongside the use of internal templates.
- Borrowers include individuals (with consumer or retail lending experience preferred), SPVs, trusts, and partnerships, often from foreign jurisdictions such as the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and offshore locations, requiring exposure to foreign counterparties and law firms.
Additional Information:
- Duration: 3-4 months, starting ASAP.
- Office Attendance: 2 days per week (e.g., Mondays and Thursdays, with potential flexibility for consecutive days).
