We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced interim HR leader to support a leading, high‑profile financial services institution through a period of significant organisational change.
The role remit includes:
- Providing stabilising leadership to the HR function during a time of transition, ensuring continuity, clarity and confidence across the team and wider business.
- Leading on people strategy and organisational design, including supporting potential restructuring and redundancy programmes, and ensuring fair, compliant and empathetic execution.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team and senior leadership, shaping and delivering a clear HR roadmap that aligns people priorities with business objectives.
- Overseeing core HR operations and employee relations, embedding robust processes, governance and risk management across the function.
This is an excellent interim opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with strong financial services experience, who is comfortable operating at executive level and leading through complexity and change. Insurance sector experience would be an added bonus but is not essential.
