AG Integrate are currently seeking a Junior Qualified Solicitor or an Experienced Paralegal to support a leading provider of motor finance solutions in the UK, for an initial 6-month term.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in complaints handling, ideally within the financial services or motor finance sector
- Ability to triage and categorise incoming matters including complaints, DSARs, requests for information, and claims
- Experience dealing with claims management companies (CMCs) is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills to manage high volumes of enquiries and collaborate with stakeholders
- Immediate availability for a fully remote role (4-5 days per week)
