Our Transaction Services Team (TST), launched in 2010, is a market leader in delivering innovative, efficient legal support. TST focuses on a wide range of legal tasks that do not always require qualified lawyers, utilising technology to deliver better value and respond to client needs. The Role
We are seeking a paralegal to join our Infrastructure, Projects and Energy (IPE) sub team. You’ll handle a variety of assignments across the firm, gaining valuable insight into commercial law. Key responsibilities include:
- reviewing and reporting on contracts and security documents
- managing electronic data sites
- drafting legal documents
- liaising with internal and external parties
- monitoring inboxes
You’ll work closely with deal teams from instruction through to completion, developing a broad skillset and commercial awareness.
