We are seeking a mid-level Corporate Lawyer (4 years PQE+) to support our client in the Retail and Consumer sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mid-level lawyer with Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) experience to work with a hands-on corporate team, where you will be expected to provide strong technical skills, good commercial judgement, complexity and manage stakeholders confidently.
The role can be undertaken on a fully remote basis, and our client is open to considering applications from people who can commit to working 4 or 5 days per week over a 6-month period.
Strong applicants will have
- Strong practical experience of Corporate and M&A Law, ideally gained in-house, in professional services, or in a consultancy environment
- Hands on experience handling corporate governance work, including guarantees and related structures
- Experience or good-working knowledge in Franchising.
- A minimum of 4 years post-qualification in the UK, Ireland, or another relevant jurisdiction.
- Availability to start at short notice (within two weeks)
