We are seeking an experienced Data Protection Paralegal to support our client in the Professional Services sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal with data protection experience to step into a hands-on, advisory role and have a real impact on how the organisation manages and responds to data protection risk.
The role can be undertaken on a fully remote basis, and our client is open to considering applications from people who can commit to working 3–5 days per week over a 6 month period, depending on the demands of the workload.
Strong applicants will have
- Strong practical experience of GDPR and UK data protection law, ideally gained in-house, in professional services, or in a consultancy environment (ideally, at least 1-2 years of experience as a minimum)
- Hands-on experience of DSAR handling, including complex requests and redactions.
- Demonstrable experience dealing with personal data breaches and/or data protection complaints.
- Experience conducting or supporting DPIAs and advising on privacy risk.
- Availability to start at short notice (September 2026)
