We are seeking an ideal candidate with the following experience:
- Proven track record of delivering compliance support within financial services, with a preference for motor finance related experience.
- Ability to interpret and apply FCA Handbook rules and provide commercially aware guidance to business operations.
- Demonstrable experience in drafting, reviewing, and updating conduct risk related policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
- Experience supporting regulatory change projects and transformation initiatives.
- Ability to provide clear, pragmatic compliance advice to business stakeholders.
This role is hybrid, requiring minimum office attendance of 2 days per week.
