Our Transaction Services Team (TST), launched in 2010, is a market leader in delivering innovative, efficient legal support. TST focuses on a wide range of legal tasks that do not always require qualified lawyers, utilising technology to deliver better value and respond to client needs. The Role

This role will be supporting the London Employment team whilst being based at the Manchester office. You will be predominantly carrying out work for the Employment Team. The specific Employment assignments you will be working on can include the following:

  • drafting Tribunal forms, including Grounds of Resistance
  • drafting settlement agreements and witness statements
  • preparing instructions and subsequent correspondence for Counsel
  • document review, including e-disclosure, to assess the relevance of a wide range of documentation as part of a tribunal claim
  • supporting on large-scale projects
