The Team
Our Transaction Services Team, launched in 2010, is a high-performing, innovative division that helps Addleshaw Goddard deliver world-class service. As the first team of its kind in the UK, TST remains at the forefront of legal service delivery, saving clients time and money through efficiency and technology. The team consists of apprentices, paralegals, managers, and solicitors, all focused on a variety of legal tasks that don't always require a qualified lawyer. The Role
As a member of the TST, you'll undertake varied Real Estate assignments including:
- reviewing leases and drafting and negotiating deeds
- supporting transactions through to completion
- handling post-completion work
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Effective communication and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude
- A strong work ethic with commercial awareness and an interest in legal technology are essential.
Previous Real Estate paralegal experience is relevant but not essential.
