We are looking for an enthusiastic, business support professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional in-person administrative support to our Partners, Fee Earners, and PAs. Based full-time in our Edinburgh office, you will be part of a collaborative environment with dedicated training and clear opportunities for career progression.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive document management support (photocopying, scanning, printing, binding)
- Certify, redact, and convert hard and electronic copy documents
- Manage workflow and meet strict SLAs and deadlines
- Oversee file creation, archiving, retrieval, and closure
- Coordinate mail, courier bookings, and inter-office travel arrangements
- Deliver general administrative support to ensure client deadlines are met
- Assist with training team members and support Legal PAs and fee earners with ad-hoc tasks
Who We’re Looking For
- At least one year’s experience in a similar fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to prioritise a diverse workload
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document/case management systems
