As an Early Careers Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and supporting outstanding London-based trainee candidates. Working within our collaborative Early Careers team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering recruitment, marketing, and diversity strategies that underpin AG’s continued success and reputation in the legal market.
What can you expect? You’ll run the end-to-end recruitment process for London trainees, from managing applications and assessment centres to planning and delivering placement schemes. You’ll also support the execution of innovative marketing campaigns across leading media brands and target universities, ensuring AG stands out as an employer of choice. Diversity, equity and inclusion is at the heart of our approach, and you’ll work closely with external brands, networks, and universities to maintain our commitment to this.
We’re looking for someone with experience in graduate or early careers recruitment, ideally within a legal, professional services or a related sector. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills are essential, as is a passion for delivering creative, commercial solutions in a fast-paced environment.
