The Role
You will support a wide range of corporate and commercial projects and play a key part at every stage. Tasks include:
- Managing electronic data rooms
- Assisting with due diligence
- Reviewing contracts
- Supporting transactions through to completion
You’ll also be involved in disclosure exercises, GDPR-related requests, and post-completion tasks, while ensuring all documentation is accurate, consistent, and of high quality.
