The Team

Our Transaction Services Team (TST), launched in 2010, is a market leader in delivering innovative, efficient legal support. As one of the firm’s largest divisions, we comprise apprentices, paralegals, managers and solicitors, working together to deliver world-class service. TST focuses on a wide range of legal tasks that do not always require qualified lawyers, utilising technology to deliver better value and respond to client needs. The Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Finance & Projects sub team within the TST. You will work on a diverse range of assignments across the firm, gaining invaluable insight into commercial law. Tasks include:

  • reviewing and reporting on finance and security documents
  • managing electronic data sites
  • supporting post-completion activities
  • drafting legal documentation
  • ensuring quality and consistency in all legal documents

You will also have the opportunity to provide on-site support to clients and work closely with divisional deal teams from instruction through to completion.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills, a proactive and enthusiastic approach, sound judgement, and a genuine interest in technology. Previous Finance & Projects paralegal experience is advantageous but not essential.
