We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Assurance Auditor to support the continued development of our internal compliance audit processes and help maintain our ISO 9001 certification. This is a great opportunity to work across the firm, collaborating with partners, lawyers, and business leaders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.
What You\’ll Do
- Lead focused and timely audits of legal teams across the firm.
- Deliver clear, actionable audit reports to business leaders.
- Monitor and follow up on audit actions to ensure completion.
- Support ISO 9001 and other external compliance audits.
- Collaborate with the wider OGC team to advise on policies and best practices.
- Promote a strong risk management culture across the firm.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
Who We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in the legal sector, either as a Fee Earner or in Compliance/Audit.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing legal practices.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience in auditing or compliance.
- Skilled at building collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
- A consultative, detail-oriented professional who champions compliance.
