Are you a commercially astute lawyer ready to take your career to the next level? Our award-winning Commercial team in Leeds is seeking a talented Associate who’s hungry for high-impact work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to lead on complex, large-scale transactions for some of the most sophisticated clients in the market.

We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer with experience in IT / Technology and Outsourcing to join our highly regarded, Tier 1-ranked national practice. This role will contribute directly to the delivery of complex, high-value commercial and technology projects. You\’ll be advising on medium to large-scale transactions across a variety of sectors, particularly where digitalisation, outsourcing and regulatory change converge.

We\’re growing to meet increasing demand for complex, regulated technology, data, outsourcing and transformation advice, and this role supports that strategic ambition.

What You\’ll Do:

• As an Associate in the team, you’ll:

• Advise across a broad range of commercial matters, with sector experience in at least one of: retail & consumer, financial services, advanced manufacturing, tech, or health;

• Manage your own workload and have good project management skills;

• Build deep client relationships and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to take on additional responsibility and advance your career;

• Mentor junior team members.

Who We\’re Looking For:

• At least 1 years’ post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house

• Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills

• A commercial mindset and a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach

• Strong client management skills and built a demonstrable track record of strong financial performance
