Commercial Junior Associate - Technology & Outsourcing

Our award-winning Commercial team in Leeds is seeking a talented Associate who’s hungry for high-impact work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to lead on complex, large-scale transactions for some of the most sophisticated clients in the market.

We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer with experience in IT / Technology and Outsourcing to join our highly regarded, Tier 1-ranked national practice. This role will contribute directly to the delivery of complex, high-value commercial and technology projects. You\\\’ll be advising on medium to large-scale transactions across a variety of sectors, particularly where digitalisation, outsourcing and regulatory change converge.

Responsibilities

• As an Associate in the team, you’ll:
• Advise across a broad range of commercial matters, with sector experience in at least one of: retail & consumer, financial services, advanced manufacturing, tech, or health;
• Manage your own workload and have good project management skills;
• Build deep client relationships and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to take on additional responsibility and advance your career;
• Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years’ post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house
• Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills
• A commercial mindset and a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach
• Strong client management skills and built a demonstrable track record of strong financial performance
