We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced interim IP lawyer to support one of our exciting Retail & Consumer sector clients, within their in‑house legal function at the heart of one of the UK’s best‑known brands.
Leading on complex, high-value matters across a range of legal areas, including managing contentious issues (incoming and outgoing claims), supporting product launches and approvals, and providing strategic advice on risk and compliance.
Working in close partnership with Marketing, PR, and other customer-facing teams: advising on campaigns and communications, managing regulatory and advertising challenges (including complaints and clearances), and shaping risk-based decisions on major initiatives.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units: understanding commercial priorities, aligning legal strategy with new business opportunities and growth areas, and enabling the business to move forward confidently within a clear risk framework.
