Are you a detail-driven document production specialist looking to broaden your skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment? Our Document Production Team supports fee earners and business development teams across the UK and internationally, delivering high-quality legal, marketing, and internal documents. As part of our growing remote team, you’ll play a key role in producing accurate, well-formatted documents that meet both AG and client standards.
This is a full-time, fully remote role (Monday to Friday, 15:00–23:00).
What You'll Do:
- Produce high-quality, accurate documents in line with AG and client styles
- Ensure formatting consistency and adherence to branding guidelines
- Meet client expectations and deadlines, communicating issues promptly
- Resolve technical issues and provide alternative solutions
- Follow instructions and confidently query unclear requirements
- Uphold risk and compliance policies, raising queries as needed
- Collaborate closely with remote colleagues to deliver a first-class service
Who We're Looking For:
- At least two years’ experience in document production within a similar environment
- Skilled in handling complex documents and formats, with strong understanding of document styles
- Confident user of Microsoft Office packages
- Proactive and flexible approach to meeting client needs
- Able to attend Manchester or Leeds office for interview and training
