We are currently supporting one of AG's clients with their recruitment for an Interim Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in real estate development. The role is set to start in May/June 2025 and will be for a minimum of 6 months.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing FTSE 250 commercial and residential real estate development and investment business. You will be part of a dynamic legal team on an initial 6-month contract. The role is varied, reporting into the Head of Legal Operations, and will involve close collaboration with the Property, Legal, and wider operational teams on a range of real estate and strategic matters. It will also include working with external law firms to oversee transactions, share standard procedures, and ensure the timely provision of legal advice.
This is an exciting hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days of attendance per week in one of their offices in the North of England (Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, or Sheffield), with the remaining days being remote. Attendance at their Head Office (Sheffield area) will also be required at least twice a month.
