- A Commercial Real Estate lawyer boasting 2-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Extensive non-contentious transactional real estate experience, ideally spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments within the UK.
- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and managing documentation related to property acquisitions, disposals, leases, sales, and financing. This includes advising on title investigations, land registration, and conducting property due diligence.
- Skilled in handling landlord and tenant matters, including lease agreements and renewals for a variety of properties such as retail, office, logistics, and industrial spaces.
- Experience with renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and hydroelectric, will be considered an advantage.
