AG Integrate are looking for experienced Funds Lawyers to join our talent pool of interim lawyers, due to an increase in client opportunities. As a consultant, you will be working on high profile client assignments to provide expert legal advice on a broad range of matters including fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and credit arrangements. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the legal and regulatory integrity of our clients’ investment products and services.
What we are looking for:
Prior experience of providing strategic legal advice on the structuring, establishment, and restructuring of regulated and unregulated funds across multiple jurisdictions would be an advantage as well experience of working in a compliance related role with a variety of regulations including AIFMD, GDPR, UK DPA, e-Privacy Directive, CCPA, UK Modern Slavery Act, and Anti-Bribery/FCPA.
