We are seeking an ideal candidate with the following experience:
- Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and advising on a broad spectrum of energy contracts, with a particular focus on Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), procurement contracts, and energy-related supply agreements.
- Proficiency in handling EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and dispute management in the energy construction space.
- In-depth knowledge of evolving energy regulations and policies in the UK and EU, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards across all projects and contracts.
- Specific experience in the Energy sector, ideally within Oil & Gas, Renewables (Wind, Solar, Hydrogen), Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), and familiarity with Carbon Capture technology will be considered advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
