We are currently supporting one of AG's clients with their recruitment for an Interim Deputy Company Secretary (6-12 months). This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a Deputy CoSec with proven experience in leading a dynamic Company Secretariat team. You will oversee board and committee meetings, manage the production of Annual Reports and Accounts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance. This role involves working with a London-based client and requires three days of office presence weekly.
