Company description: The Legal Specialist role at Addleshaw Goddard (AG) is pivotal in ensuring the procurement activities are supported by optimal contractual terms, collaborating extensively within the firm to achieve this. These specialists serve as in-house legal counsel, tasked with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial supplier agreements, working in close coordination with the Office of the General Counsel, Information Security, and other key stakeholders within the firm. As AG is expanding globally, handling both local and international contracts and managing associated risks are essential aspects of this role, marking an exciting phase for new joiners to contribute to the team’s strategic direction and service delivery. Job description: The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities including drafting and negotiating high-value, risky agreements such as outsourcing and IT contracts, as well as handling lower-value agreements like consultancy and non-disclosure agreements.
