This is a workshop-based full-time Tech Support role in our small but mighty 3D printing technical team. Every day is different, but your job would include:

  • Giving the best possible tech support to our customers via phone, email, video call or in person
  • Managing and resolving support tickets efficiently while keeping customer satisfaction at the highest level
  • Using and maintaining our in-house 3D print farm
  • Working in our “Digital Parts Factory” 3D printing service
  • Repairing customer 3D printers
  • Making helpful tech support bulletins and videos for social media
  • Helping Chris and his team with anything else that comes up
  • Becoming an expert – so, you would need to keep up with new hardware releases and software updates
