This is a workshop-based full-time Tech Support role in our small but mighty 3D printing technical team. Every day is different, but your job would include:
- Giving the best possible tech support to our customers via phone, email, video call or in person
- Managing and resolving support tickets efficiently while keeping customer satisfaction at the highest level
- Using and maintaining our in‑house 3D print farm
- Working in our “Digital Parts Factory” 3D printing service
- Making helpful tech support bulletins and videos for social media
- Helping Chris and his team with anything else that comes up
- Becoming an expert – keeping up with new hardware releases and software updates
It’s an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s leading 3D Printing Reseller, working with the biggest brands (Formlabs, Bambu Labs, Markforged & more). You don’t need specific qualifications, knowledge, or experience to apply – you can learn and grow in the role, but any 3D printing or engineering experience would be a bonus.

This is a permanent role based on site at our HQ in Ripon, North Yorkshire and we are keen to hear from applicants who live locally or within easy commuting distance. Reliable daily attendance on‑site is essential, so please only apply if you can reasonably commute to our location. You need a full driving licence in case you need to go to a customer site or attend an event. All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
