Overview
In this Electrical Manager role, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of electrical works across residential refurbishment, new-build and solar projects. You’ll coordinate electricians, subcontractors and site activities to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality outcomes. You’ll liaise with clients and other trades, resolve issues, and drive multiple projects to successful completion. This position suits an ambitious professional stepping into management with genuine project ownership and impact.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day running of electrical projects
- Manage electricians, subcontractors and site activities
- Coordinate labour, materials and project requirements
- Conduct regular site visits and track progress
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other trades
- Keep projects on programme and within requirements
- Address issues that arise during projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Manage multiple projects across residential refurbishment, new-build and solar installations
- Provide project updates to senior management
- Take ownership for successful delivery of electrical works
Key requirements
- Strong electrical background
- Experience in supervisory, management or project management roles
- Proven experience in electrical projects and/or teams
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical works
- Experience in refurbishment and/or new-build projects
- Solar installation experience advantageous
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
