An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect to join a well-established architectural practice. This full-time role offers a salary range of Β£38,000 β Β£45,000 and benefits. As a Senior Architect , you will oversee projects across all RIBA stages, focusing on post-planning and coordinating with clients and stakeholders to deliver low-energy homes. What we are looking for: Previous experience working as an Architect, Project Architect, Associate Architect, Senior Architect, Lead Architect, or in a similar role. At least 5 years post-Part 3 experience in UK Architectural practice with 1 year in Passive House projects. RIBA-qualified architect. Background with carbon calculation tools such as PHribbon, WLCA, or AECB. Certified Passive House Designer with working knowledge of PHPP. Skilled in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
