Posted: 2026-10-08An opportunity has arisen for Residential Surveyor to join an independent, RICS-regulated surveying firm providing professional property surveying and valuation services across London and the Home Counties. As a Residential Surveyor, you will carry out RICS Home Surveys, manage your own appointments and deliver professional property reports to clients.
This role offers a 60% fee split and flexible working.
What we are looking for:
Approx 2 years' direct experience carrying out RICS Home Surveys.
AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification.
Strong understanding of residential property and local property markets.
Good report-writing and communication skills. The ability to work independently and organise your own workload and appointments.
