Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a portfolio of managed residential properties, ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and landlord relations.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Previously worked as a Residential Property Manager, Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Estates Manager, Portfolio Manager, or in a similar role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential property management.
  • Sound understanding of lettings.
  • Experience of 2 years in customer service and the property industry.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence.
