A Serviced Apartment company operating exceptional accommodation across London and the Southeast are seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator to fulfil day to day duties in the upkeep of the apartments and communal areas.

Responsibilities:

  • The role will cover both reactive and planned preventative work and involve working closely with all departments to ensure minimal disruption to guests.
  • You’ll be responsible for making sure the property is consistently maintained to high standards and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • We are looking for someone who prides themselves on a high standard of work and has the ability to prioritise their workload efficiently.
  • General Maintenance experience in a domestic setting is essential, along with high level direct customer service skills.
  • The role covers all aspects of maintenance from appliance repairs and changing lightbulbs, to re-pressuring boilers and fault finding.
  • The role also covers an emergency on-call rota, plus additional weekends.

A full UK driving license is essential.
