Overview An opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership offering new and used car sales, servicing, and MOTs providing full vehicle care and customer support.As a Service Advisor, you will be supporting the service department to ensure smooth, professional, and efficient experience for every customer.This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of OTE £25,000 – £40,000 and benefits.Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming aftersales customers in a professional mannerManaging service bookings and keeping customers informed throughout their visitLiaising with workshop and parts teams to coordinate efficient service deliveryAdvising customers on additional work and promoting relevant servicesMaintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of serviceQualifications Previously worked as a Service Advisor, Service Adviser, Service Receptionist, Service Administrator or in a similar role.Prior experience of 1 year in a customer-facing role within the motor tradeStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence in working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFull UK driving licenceShift Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00Saturdays: 1 in 3 rota, 08:00 – 12:30What\’s on offer Competitive SalaryBonus structure25 days holiday plus bank holidaysComprehensive training and ongoing professional developmentCompany pensionEmployee discountsGym membershipOn-site parkingThis is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to join a recognised and professional team.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
